Where will the 2017 conference activities be held?

The conference activities will take place at The Pennsylvania Convention Center.

What is appropriate attire for conference attendees?

Throughout the conference, dress is business casual for all attendees.

Is there a printable registration form?

No, all registrations can only be done online.

What does my Conference registration include?

Are there discounts for teams?

Can I bring a guest to just the Exhibit Hall?

Yes, there is a $50 per day fee for guests to enter the Exhibit Hall only.

Are purchase orders accepted as payment for Conference registration?

No. Accepted forms of payment are check or credit card. Cash is accepted on site.

Does the registration fee include any meals?

No, meals are not included with the registration fee.

When will I receive registration materials, like my name badge and tickets?

At on-site registration

Where do I mail my check payment?

What is the cancellation policy?

Registrations are nontransferrable. Requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing to npc@showcare.com by June 23, 2017. No refunds will be granted after that deadline. All cancellations will incur a $50 processing fee.

Is special assistance available?

Yes. Please indicate if you require special assistance in the appropriate area of your registration form. NPC staff will contact you to make any arrangements you may need at the Conference.


Hotels and Transportation

How do I book a hotel through the Housing Block?

Visit the Hotel & Travel page. All hotels are within walking distance of the Pennsylvania Convention Center. Room reservations are available on a first-come, first-served basis until sellout or June 13, 2017. Rates listed are per night, plus tax; Wi-Fi is included (for the Philadelphia Marriott, you must be a reward member). Tax is currently 15.5% (subject to change). Hotels may charge a deposit of first night’s room and tax to a credit card. Verify the cancellation policy with your hotel. Early departure fee may apply.


Sessions

When will I be able to see all of the sessions offered at the conference?

Sessions will be posted online later in May.
