Where will the 2019 conference activities be held?

The conference activities will occur at Hynes Convention Center in Boston, MA July 18–20, 2019.

What is appropriate attire for conference attendees?

Dress throughout the conference is business casual for all attendees. Some invite-only events may require different attire (please see individual invitations).

Is there a printable registration form?

No. All registrations must be completed online.

What does my conference registration include?

What is included in a non-educator guest registration?

Are there discounts for teams?

Yes. Teams of three or more attendees who register together each receive $50 off full conference registrations. This discount cannot be combined with other discounts that may be offered.

Can I bring a guest to just the exhibit hall?

Yes. It is $50 to attend the exhibits only.

Are purchase orders accepted as payment for conference registration?

No. Accepted payments are check, credit card, or cash. Cash is accepted on-site only.

Does the registration fee include any meals?

No.

When will I receive registration materials, like my name badge and tickets?

At on-site registration.

What is the cancellation/substitution policy?

Requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing to npc@showcare.com by July 3, 2019. There is a $35 cancellation fee per registration. We allow cancellations until July 3, 2019. After that, no cancellations will be honored, only substitutions. Refunds will not be issued for no shows. For substitutions please call 866-654-0919 or 514-3809377 or email request to npc@showcare.com.

Is special assistance available?

Yes. Please indicate if you require special assistance in the appropriate area of your registration form. NASSP staff will contact you to make any arrangements you may need at the conference.

When are the attendee and exhibitor registration hours?
