Where will the 2018 conference activities be held?
The conference activities will occur at McCormick Place in Chicago, IL, July 11–13, 2018.

What is appropriate attire for conference attendees?
Dress throughout the conference is business casual for all attendees.

Is there a printable registration form?
No. All registrations can only be done online.

Are there discounts for teams?

Can I bring a guest to just the exhibit hall?
Yes. It is $50 for exhibits only. 

Are purchase orders accepted as payment for conference registration?
No. Accepted payments are check, credit card, or cash. Cash is accepted on-site only.

Does the registration fee include any meals?

When will I receive registration materials, like my name badge and tickets?
At on-site registration.

What is the cancellation policy?
Registrations are nontransferable. Requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing to npc@showcare.com by June 27, 2018. No refunds will be granted after that deadline. All cancellations will incur a $50 processing fee.

Is special assistance available?
Yes. Please indicate if you require special assistance in the appropriate area of your registration form. NASSP staff will contact you to make any arrangements you may need at the conference.

When are the attendee and exhibitor registration hours?

July 10th, 2018 7:00am – 6:30pm
July 11th, 2018 7:00am – 6:30pm
July 12th, 2018 7:00am – 4:30pm
July 13th, 2018 7:00am – 12:00pm

Hotels and Transportation

Will I face difficulty in getting housing through the housing block?
All hotels are within walking distance to McCormick Place. Room reservations are available on a first-come, first-served basis until sell-out or June 15, 2018. Rates listed are per night, plus tax. Wi-Fi included at Marriott Marquis for Marriott Rewards members and Hyatt Regency McCormick Place. Tax is currently 17.4% (subject to change). Hotels may charge a deposit of the first night’s room and tax to your credit card. Verify cancellation policy with hotel. Early departure fee may apply.


When will I be able to see all the sessions offered at the conference?
Early spring 2018.
