Three or more attendees receive a discount of $50 each when registering together. (Does not apply to retired or daily rates and cannot be combined with any other offer.)***

*In order to receive this rate, the individual must provide a copy of their college student ID to If the college student ID is not received within 30 days of registration, the individual will be charged at the non-member rate. College/university professors do not qualify for this rate.

**Guest qualification applies only to those individuals who are not in the educational industry and must accompany a paid-in-full member or non-member registration.

Cancellation Policy

Registrations are non-transferrable. Requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing to by June 23, 2017. No refunds will be granted after that deadline. All cancellations will incur a $50 processing fee.
