What is the schedule for NPC21?
NPC21 will take place online, July 14–16, 2021. The live programming schedule is as follows; it has been optimized to accommodate multiple time zones. End times are approximate, and the schedule is subject to change.

Where do I find the NPC21 conference rates?
NPC21 registration is free for NASSP members*. The NPC21 conference registration fee is $399 for nonmembers.
Please note that the complimentary member rate only applies to individual and institutional members of NASSP. Retired and associate members are not eligible to receive complimentary registration.
*Not an NASSP member? You can join NASSP for just $250**, then register at the complimentary member rate—a savings of $149 off the nonmember rate of $399, AND with all the added continuing benefits of NASSP membership.

I cannot attend during the live presentations; can I view them online after the show?
Yes, registrants will have access to the NPC21 platform and recorded concurrent sessions for 30 days after the conference.
Is there a printable registration form?
No. All registrations must be completed online.
What does my NPC21 conference registration include?

Will you offer a non-educator guest registration?
No, there is no non-educator guest registration for NPC21.
Are checks or purchase orders accepted as payment for conference registration?
No. NPC21 is pleased to offer contactless registration and payment, so be sure to have a credit card ready.
Can I register today and pay later?
NPC21 will not offer a check to follow option. We are pleased to offer contactless registration and payment via credit card payments online.
Can I earn credits for attending NPC21?
Yes, attendees can complete the separate credit registration and payment with the University of Lynchburg for an hour of professional development graduate credit.

When will I receive NPC21 registration materials, like access to the online event platform?
A confirmation email will be sent immediately upon registration. You will also receive additional details via email prior to the conference with detailed instructions regarding the NPC21 online event platform.
I’m located in a different time zone and cannot attend the conference live. How can I access the NPC21 conference content?
In order to access the conference content, you must register the same way as a live attendee. If you are unable to attend live, note that the conference registration fee allows you access to the platform and recorded concurrent sessions for at least 30 days after the conference.
What is the cancellation/substitution policy for NPC21?
Requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing to [email protected] by 5:00 p.m. (ET) on July 1, 2021. There is a $35 cancellation fee per nonmember registration. We allow cancellations until 5:00 p.m. (ET) on July 1, 2021. After that, no cancellations will be honored, only substitutions. Refunds will not be issued for no shows.

The conference registration fee allows you access to the platform and recorded concurrent sessions for at least 30 days after the conference.
Is special assistance available for NPC21?
Yes. Please indicate if you require special assistance in the appropriate area of your registration form. NASSP staff will contact you to make any arrangements you may need at the conference.
