What are the dates and location of NPC21?

The 2021 National Principals Conference, originally slated to take place in Aurora, CO, will now be an all-virtual event

The conference activities will occur online, July 14–16, 2021.

When does registration open?

Online registration is now open.

The conference registration fee is $299 for members and $399 for nonmembers.

Please note that the member rate only applies to individual and institutional members of NASSP. Retired and associate members are not eligible to receive the member rate.

What is the schedule for NPC21?

NPC21 will take place online, July 14–16, 2021. The live programming schedule is as follows; it has been optimized to accommodate multiple time zones. End times are approximate, and the schedule is subject to change.

Registration

Where do I find the conference rates?

The conference fees are $299 for NASSP members and $399 for nonmembers. There is no early bird rate.

How do I join NASSP?

I cannot attend during the live presentations; can I view them online after the show?

Yes, but only paid registrants will have access to the platform and recorded concurrent sessions for 30 days after the conference.

Is there a printable registration form?

No. All registrations must be completed online.

What does my conference registration include?

  • Access to the live Keynote sessions
  • Access to 50+ live concurrent sessions
  • On-demand access to concurrent sessions at least 30 days post-event
  • Admission to virtual exhibit hall

Where can I find the NASSP W-9 form?

You can download it here.

Can I register on the day of the event?

Yes! Registration will remain open throughout the conference and up to 30 days post-conference so paid registrants can access all 50 sessions on demand at any time.

Will you offer a non-educator guest registration?

No, there is no non-educator guest registration for NPC21.

Are checks or purchase orders accepted as payment for conference registration?

No. NPC21 is pleased to offer contactless registration and payment, so be sure to have a credit card ready.

Can I register today and pay later?

NPC21 will not offer a check to follow option. We are pleased to offer contactless registration and payment via credit card payments online.

Can I earn credits for attending NPC21?

Yes, attendees can complete the separate credit registration and payment with the University of Lynchburg for an hour of professional development graduate credit.

When will I receive registration materials, like access to the online event platform?

A confirmation email will be sent immediately upon registration. You will also receive additional details via email prior to the conference with detailed instructions regarding the NPC21 online event platform.

I’m located in a different time zone and cannot attend the conference live. How can I access the conference content?

In order to access the conference content, you must register the same way as a live attendee. If you are unable to attend live, note that the conference registration fee allows you access to the platform and recorded concurrent sessions for at least 30 days after the conference.

What is the cancellation/substitution policy?

Requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing to [email protected]  by 5:00 p.m. (ET) on July 1, 2021. There is a $35 cancellation fee per registration. We allow cancellations until 5:00 p.m. (ET) on July 1, 2021. After that, no cancellations will be honored, only substitutions. Refunds will not be issued for no shows.

For substitutions, please call 800-253-7746, option 8 or email request to [email protected]. All substitutions must be completed by 5:00 p.m. (ET) on July 1, 2021.

The conference registration fee allows you access to the platform and recorded concurrent sessions for at least 30 days after the conference.

Is special assistance available?

Yes. Please indicate if you require special assistance in the appropriate area of your registration form. NASSP staff will contact you to make any arrangements you may need at the conference.
